Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a key customer relationship position. In this role you will communicate marketing programs, dealer events and other important information to develop and grow unassigned accounts. The ISR will also work closely with Territory Managers to provide assistance with their assigned accounts. The ultimate goal for this role is to create new client relationships, reduce account attrition and partner with Territory Managers in an effort to acquire and maintain a strong customer base.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties/Accountability

Represent Gemaire as a leader in the industry ensuring maximum sales and profitability.

Analyze Business Intelligence data to identify potential sales and margin growth opportunities.

Reduce attrition by identifying at risk accounts and lost accounts on a weekly/monthly basis.

Solicit unassigned house accounts and develop sales.

Support unassigned accounts with pricing, marketing programs and other information.

Resolve customer problems and issues in a timely manner.

Provide assistance and support to the Territory Manager with assigned accounts.

Develop potential leads and opportunities for Territory Managers.

Attend product and sales training meetings as required.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required.

Has completed the Gemaire TSA training program or has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HVAC inside sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology, including Microsoft Office products.

Data-driven, analytical and detail-oriented approach.

Ability to give quality presentations.

Customer and solution-oriented.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and a team setting.

Meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.

Must possess the attitude of wanting to learn, teach and lead.
