Our renowned heating and cooling client is seeking (6) HVAC service and installer technicians to join the team in the Wixom area. Candidates would be responsible for providing excellent HVAC customer service to residential and commercial clients. RESIDENTIAL: Installation: This company provides Lennox and Bryant high-quality AC and Heating units for replacement. Repair: 24-hour emergency repair for when your HVAC unit isn't working properly. They service all brands and models of AC units and have an on-site metal shop for quick turnaround on repairs for customers. Maintenance: Maintaining and serving customer HVAC units to prevent repair costs down the road. This maintenance will be proactive calls from customer's. COMMERCIAL: This company provides installation, Repair, and maintenance on the following types of equipment: *Air conditioners *Boilers *Building automation *Controls *Energy control systems *Furnaces *Package units *Pneumatics *Radiant tube heaters *Roof top units *Server room systems *Unit heaters *Variable frequency drive - VAV boxes *Ventilation systems *Zone systems They specialize in work in the following types of commercial buildings: *Municipalities *Medical Office Buildings *Schools *Churches *Retail *Warehouse -Office buildings SHIFTS: 8am-6pm are the normal daily operating hours. All of the tech's will have a rotating schedule of when they will be on-call for emergency service repairs for customers, so they MUST be okay with being flexible while they are on-call. They should plan on being on the road responding to service calls majority of the day. Each candidate will have a company cell phone and will be have a work truck that they will take on service and installation calls. They will receive work calls throughout the day according to the territory they are in from the controller. The controller oversees roughly 20 tech's on their team. Once they receive a call, they will head to the location to provide installation, repair, or maintenance services on the customers HVAC unit. These candidates MUST HAVE: 3 years of experience performing installation, repair, and maintenance of either residential or commercial HVAC equipment Ability to identify technical issues and provide solutions to complex facility and residential projects Have a clean driving record Hold a NATE certification About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
