Mechnical Designer

Profile

We have an immediate need for experienced Mechanical Designer. The Designer will work with engineers to produce designs and drawings as part of construction document packages. Primary Responsibilities:
Develop engineering drawings such as plans, elevations, details, BOMs, etc.
Perform on-site audits to verify and document existing conditions.
· Coordinate designs with other disciplines and participate in meetings and reviews. Base Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience using AutoCAD, Revit/BIM experience is a plus
Minimum of 5 years design experience in HVAC Mechanical and Piping Systems
Knowledge of typical HVAC equipment and components
Knowledge of governmental codes and regulations
Effective written and oral communication skills
