Facility Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities and Duties
-\tElectrical, including but not limited to replacing breakers, fixtures, ballasts, outlets and bulbs. Additionally, cleaning and maintaining outdoor electrical boxes. Voltages range from single phase 120v to 3 phase 480v.
-\tPlumbing, including but not limited to repairing toilets, drains, fixtures and water lines.
-\tHVAC, including but not limited to filter replacement, coil cleaning, fan replacement and ignitor/gas valve replacement.
-\tLight carpentry, painting, drywall, caulking and finish work as needed.
-\tProcure parts and materials in coordination with the manager.
-\tAssist in scheduling preventative maintenance tasks.
-\tProvide suggestions to the manager as needed.
-\tMaintain a valid driver-s license.
-\tSelf-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

-\tGood communication skills
Previous Experience Required
Previous facility maintenance technician experience including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and material estimating.
A qualified candidate must be willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed throughout the season.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Work is performed indoors as well as outdoors. Must be able to work in various weather conditions including hot, cold, humidity and rain. Depending on the work, the noise level can be loud.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move in excess of 50 pounds.
