Program Manager HVAC Honor Sales','WD30060735353','!*!What you will doIn this role you will be responsible for the program management of inside sales initiatives for HVAC, owner sales. You will work collaboratively with RTS owners, strategic and integrated marketing leaders, sales teams and external vendors on program management and reporting, as well as partner to drive continuous improvement.How you will do itLeverage the integrated marketing inside sales campaigns to drive and accelerate pipeline, account coverage retention, penetration and new customer acquisition. Collaborate, coach and mentor sales teams, marketing team and vendors to develop and maintain robust lead generation pipelines to meet or exceed our growth objectives. Foster customer relationships to nurture leads through sales cycle to accelerate deal cycle, improve win rates to retain & grow share. Build knowledge of markets, customers and competitors to continuously improve programs and effectiveness. Manage data collection, win-loss analysis and sales metrics reporting for inside sales campaigns, and compile program results. Create solutions to deliver improvements & customer success. Proactively communication with sales teams and business leaders. Work cross-functionally to support best practices.Impact - Program manages external inside sales campaigns for HVAC Owner Sales business segment, in alignment with the defined marketing strategy for that segment.Knowledge – broad knowledge of marketing professional discipline.Problem solving – support the development of solutions to issues as directed by leaders.Customer focus – strives to understand customer needs in making day-to-day decisions and provides feedback or occasionally takes action on changes in customer requirements.
