site. Maintenance Technicians have the primary responsibility to execute maintenance tasks in a safe, efficient and effective way according to the job package.
Support start -ups after shutdowns using our Building Management System
Overseeing contract maintenance crews during call ins
Performing routine maintenance requirements on pumps, compressors, other mechanical equipment
Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly preventative maintenance.
Performing routine station checks and inspections such as eyewash/safety showers and fire extinguishers
General site maintenance
Developing/owning Maintenance Procedures
Attendance and participation at team meetings, safety meetings, and Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) programs
Complete required training (job procedures, training modules)
Average or above computer skills including ability to learn various software packages which involve building management systems, fire alarm systems and others.
This job will be 4 days on and 4 days off with 12 hour workdays.

3 or more years experience in maintenance, machinist, pipefitter, welder, HVAC technician, millwright, or other similar environment required.
Must be able to work 12 hour workdays, 4 days on and 4 days off.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel, and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills are required.
Must have strong multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills.
Demonstrate leadership skills - inspire others and lead them through influence.
A self-starter who can identify, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be able to do the following with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Must be willing and able to work in such environments wearing safety equipment, such as earplugs, goggles, and steel-toed shoes.
Must be willing and able to wear a respirator.
Must be willing and able to work in such environments with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Must be willing and able to work in such environments working in tight or closed-in spaces.
Must be willing and able to climb stairs/ladders and working high off the ground.
Must be willing and able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Must have a current, valid US driver’s license.
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting preferred.
Prior experience with fork lifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, or similar preferred.
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
Trade school certification preferred. Such as machinist, welding, HVAC or other.
