DUTIES\/RESPONSIBILITIES \r
\r
Develop new customer relationships; refining our current database of clients\r
Maintain existing customer relationships and contracts\r
Review client issues and recommend solutions; prepare, review, and present proposals to customers\r
Call customers and establish contact to secure prompt payment and maintain correspondence as needed\r
Review customer generated scopes of work; attend walk-throughs; prepare estimate use this information towards final proposal\r
Document and follow-up on all leads\r
Manage all current ongoing projects accepted by the client \r

REQUIREMENTS \r
\r
Minimum of 5 (five) years of relevant working experience in the field as an HVAC Service Supervisor or Project Manager\r
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English\r
Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering is desired; but not required\r
Ability to provide outstanding customer service skills with effective communication and professionalism\r
Must be able to display effective problem solving techniques and have the ability to remain calm in a high-volume and demanding environment\r
Must have the ability to retain customers and maintain current client database\r
Must be proficient in providing estimates \r
