An HVAC service professional creates preventative maintenance checklist for new equipment, provides support to junior HVAC techs, works with heat exchangers, hot and cold deck systems, air handlers, chillers, pneumatic, and digital controls. An HVAC service professional leads lower level HVAC techs in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairing commercial/industrial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems, maintains and repairs buildings\' electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses. An HVAC service professional communicates effectively with clients to determine and service needs, completes, and submits paperwork accurately and on time, manages time wisely, remains productive while working independently.
